Add the ability to select default display

Allow the ability to select the tag or list that should be diplayed by default after login. Maybe also, add the ability to select a default list to which for new pages will be put in.

Describe the benefits this would bring to existing Hoarder users

See all the pages that should be tagged or dispatched in the lists.
