Sonar Integration Snippet Question

I've been looking at your gist on sonar - integration test coverage

and have a question about the setting of the jacoco.agent.argLine property. The gist the property is set in the profile section of the pom. Is it possible to move this to the pluginManagement section around line 43 of the pom?
