2024.951 drains my phone and is sluggish #3165
Comments
Are you using the internal or external IP? There is a change in the app that it will only use internal IP if the network name if defined. |
@bgoncal I think this is not a nice change. When I'm not on my local SSID, I'm on my VPN. So I have at least two networks where the local IP had to be used. I never use an external ip |
Thanks for explaining. Will give it a try tomorrow👌 |
@bgoncal |
Thanks for the update, I'll debug during this week (I received other similar reports) |
Can you try out the new beta? |
I will do that. (Didn’t understand the database throttling). First impression is at least snappy again 👌 |
That is not directly related to your issue, some users were having lags on the UI and depending on their entities how often they update the database update sync that we have in the app was flooded |
Thanks I will report back in a few hours on the battery drain part 👌 |
