Unable to start ABR, only first chunk plays #157

Hi, I am trying to run python run_video with the mahimahi network trace, I also tried to run it in the real world. However, I only get to see the first three seconds, the ABR seems to not kick in. Attached is the screenshot I see on chrome browser. Any help is appreciated
