As a user/ as an Admin I want to have the option to see and solve the current data problems on my mobile device.

Details

Interface To Resolve Data Problems #100 provides an interface based on attribute problems, this should be modified as shown in the mockups
still all fields with a problem should be marked yellow and the database should remember the modified attributes as "human_verified"
add the links to get to your new workflow: options page of user "Contribute - Solve Data problems", options page of admin "Data Management" -> "Show data problems"
