Yes after installing 4.1, can't integrate it from earlier android studio versions and also didn't find in the plugin marketplace!

Yes. Go to your project Settings-->Plugins-->Installed Tab--->Find your plugin to be uninstalled-->Select uninstall option from right side view.

after update android studio version to 4.1 WIFI ADB ULTIMATE dont work and dont show on plugin list !!!
just when start android studio show error about WIFI ADB ULTIMATE !!!

Assuming your are using windows, delete the plugin folder placed here: (change accordingly for other OS)
C:\Users\ username \AppData\Roaming\Google\AndroidStudio4.1\plugins
