Labels aren't overridden in the classic editor #159

WooCommerce uses the classic editor. Altis Workflow doesn't change the various "republish" text strings on the classic editor screen.

Steps to reproduce:

Create a product in WooCommerce, or otherwise create a post using the classic editor on an Altis site
Observe the text on the "Rewrite & Republish" link does not get replaced with "Create amendment" as it does when using the block editor
Observe the text on the "Copy to a new draft" link does not get replaced with "Clone post" as it does when using the block editor
