Cho phép ứng dụng chạy nền khi khởi động (không hiện bảng điều khiển)

@huytd theo mình research thì thêm flag này vào Info.plist là app có thể chạy ngầm (không hiện Dock & Force Quit)

Tool cargo bundle hình như chưa hỗ trợ cấu hình custom flags cho Info.plist nên có khi phải dùng script để Inject vào trước khi Signing
