tag macros raise NameError

[off-by-one]

I'm just going through the tutorial, and the tag macro examples don't work for me. The example

(defmacro "#↻" [code]
  (setv op (get code -1) params (list (butlast code)))
  `(~op ~@params))
#↻(1 2 3 +)

Gives me

Running the same code from the REPL gives the same error. I tried other examples, and I get the NameError every time. Non-tag macros work as expected.

I'm currently running hy 0.20.0. Is there something I'm missing in the tutorial?

Resolved - 0.20.0 didn't have the (defmacro "# ..." ...) syntax yet. The older deftag works fine, and I didn't notice the docs were for 1.0.
