In the Welcome section of docs it is mentioned to integrate Hypersign in our project go to Developer section
welcome_page
It redirects to Nodejs part of Developer section not to Developer-dashboard part of Developer section.

Problem:- If developer directly redirected to Nodejs part he/she will be unaware of process of generating hypersign.json
