Ipywidgets won't load on New Install

I tried to make a new hyperspy install from the bundle on a Windows computer and got stuck with the dreaded "widget is loading..." I will look more into the css and see what is wrong. Likely it is a problem with the installed version of nodejs if I remember correctly but will update this with any more information.

There is no nodejs in the bundle - I am not sure but maybe in the past nodejs was necessary to install release version.

Note that the current bundle was used for the workshop at Diamond, so it is surprising to hear about this issue only now.

It must from something else.
