Disable fullscreen on move focus

Right now, if you move focus and have say, four windows each diagonal to eachother, it is impossible to know where you are while fullscreened, I think moving focus should automatically disable fullscreen, this would be easily accomplished if there was a "fullscreen off" dispatcher, but there does not appear to be, only a toggle.
