float in single instance apps (kitty -1, foot --server) and extension windows

I am trying to see if I can make a terminal from a single-instance float.
So far, I have tried the following.

via hyprctl:

hyprctl -- dispatch exec [float] footclient --server-socket=/tmp/foot.sock 
hyprctl -- dispatch -- exec [float] footclient --server-socket=/tmp/foot.sock 
hyprctl dispatch exec "[float] footclient --server-socket=/tmp/foot.sock"  
hyprctl dispatch "exec [float] footclient --server-socket=/tmp/foot.sock" 

via hyprland.conf:

$Terminal = footclient --server-socket=/tmp/foot.sock
bind = $MainMod SHIFT, Return, exec, [float] $Terminal
bind = $MainMod SHIFT, L, exec, [float] $Terminal sptlrx

I know they have the same pid (according to the wiki, exec uses the PID of the spawned process), but they have different addresses, so maybeee it is possible?.

Also, I guess kinda similar to this, but making Firefox extension windows float does not seem to work in my case. For example, the Bitwarden extension also has the same pid as the main window, therefore, not triggering the windowrule.

Just tried on a different browser Vivaldi (vivaldi-stable) and the windowrule seems to work, but not on Firefox. Is this a firefox issue?
