Generate error sometimes while running setup:upgrade command.

Which Magento version are you running?
Probably this is a duplicate of #47

Magento version is : 2.3.4-p2

might be duplicate of issue #47 .
But still check once, because after disabling a module , i was still getting the same error.

Ah yes, probably the same issue then.
As I've said there, I'll be happy to merge a related PR, but it will still be a little while until I get around to doing it myself.

PS: I'll leave this issue open until you have confirmed it is indeed the same issue.
