Since I couldn't find anything about it, could you maybe add a small overview to what each model is meant to do / optimized for?
atm. it's really unclear whether in general it is recommended to use always the latest model
or whether one should one stick with model XY in example for non-anime content,
or is there a recommended model for different content types?

yes. I forgot 418 since my gpu cant handle it well

v4.18 is best for live action and v4.15 is also good, but both need good GPUs. v4.9 is the best allrounder for those with weaker GPUs.

Definitely not in general. In general it is one of the worst. 4.15 and 41.8 are the best for video. But all these models are mainly built for Anime so 4.22 might be good for that.
