Add scrobble_at option to specify percentage after which trakt-scrobbler will send "watched" status to trakt, mainly to fix #202

This software https://github.com/stareInTheAir/mpv-trakt-sync-daemon have such option:

Are you sure it works? From the trakt docs I believe it will set it to watched any time we stop watching after 80%. Need to make sure the method in the linked repo works as expected.

Ah, I thought that trakt-scrobbler sends it only after 100% watched, my bad.
