on a existing cluster run awx playbooks to install post provision tasks.

update modal to add

list of task available - all task available for cluster selected. (if selection has only openshift show openshift task, k8s show k8s task, both show error / show task that works on both)
submit - submit the job
cancel - cancel and close the modal
