Docs advertise missing feature - OS reload from image template

The docs at https://cloud.ibm.com/docs/bare-metal?topic=bare-metal-reloading-an-os-using-an-image-template advertise a feature that isn't available for Bare Metal servers, namely the capability to reload an OS from an image template.

That document outlines the steps to be taken but this capability isn't present on the "Action" menu for bare metal servers:

IBM support staff have confirmed that the feature is not available, so the doc should be deleted or updated to highlight that this capability has been retired.
