Decorator Location is missing

xyz.openbmc_project.Inventory.Decorator.LocationCode interface and its key "LocationCode" and its value is not being added.
introspect on any object path, this interface was not present.
But I could see "com.ibm.ipzvpd.Location" and its "LocationCode" keyword and value on the DBus.

On WebUI observed unexpanded location code is being displayed instead of expanded location code for all the FRU's.
