Currently we log a PEL and process other records of a FRU in case there is any data/ecc exception for that particular record.
From future systems, we need to block VPD processing of complete FRU in case there is any data/ecc exception for any record under that FRU.

Can dump by default pull all the EEPROM data along with system dump? -> Ask dump team.
