Bug Description

The acceptance instance of Deep Lynx appears to serve its direct address instead of the proxied one.

Steps to Reproduce

Access https://deeplynx.azureacc.inl.gov in a Chrome browser inside the INL network. Also try pinging the address from other deployed INL environments.

Impact

Services that access the acceptance instance from elsewhere in the INL network fail. Chrome raises a certificate error when accessing the UI in a browser.
