Export Ontology to .owl file

Reason

This will allow for editing the ontology within DeepLynx (vs protege) while still being to share the result in the accepted format. This will be especially useful once a new ontology editor is implemented on the front end

Design

I'd imagine this involves a lot of the methodologies involved the "export container" and "import ontology from .owl" methods that already exist within DeepLynx

Impact

Will probably include the addition of a new endpoint for "export to owl"
