Input files that couple Mammoth and Magpie.

Write Transfer to pass Partial Fission Rate to Magpie (ongoing)
Macro depletion number densities are constant. Use tabulated values based on burn-up? Javier mentioned that micro depletion may be ready in September. I just left it as it is for now.
Make it a simple one bubble 2 grains IC for fission gas model
