Steps:

Install plugin
Open Settings
Enter wrong path for SCSS Lint exe
Hit Ok

It seems that {LINK} (also 4 lines above) isn't specified

scss-lint-plugin/scss-lint-plugin/src/main/java/com/scss/settings/ScssLintSettingsPage.java
