Open to other opinions, but I think the following can just be eliminated, since it was never/barely used.
The cluster config is not useful since distributed execution is not supported currently.

  • selectedSubgrids
  • selectedVoltLvls
  • clusterType
  • nodeHost
  • nodePort
  • seedAddress
  • useLocalWorker

Could be solved in conjunction with #1178
