Plaintext output is not paginated

Describe the issue

I'm not sure if this is a problem with the tool or a problem with how I'm using it. I tried uploading an XML file from an existing RFC to output the plaintext paginated version, but it is not coming back with pages, just all in one long text file.

I was under the impression based on this tooltip that the plaintext output should be broken into pages.

You can reproduce this by downloading the XML here https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/rfc8725/ and uploading it to the tool.

Sorry, I dug around a bit more and it looks like this is actually intentional with the v3 text output format? I think I am asking for the old feature to be brought back in the xml2rfc tool then, as described here>

The drafts are paginated, RFCs are not.
In your screenshot, you are submitting an RFC.
