Description

At the moment tests for Windows OS is commented out.
There are few issues that needs to be sorted out, mainly the installation of fonts withing GHA runner.

PR #1177 adds reduced tests for the Windows OS. Tests include pytests without PDF checks.
#1181 is created to address adding rest of the tests for Windows OS.
