Build for vga murmulator board

Can you consider a build for vga murmulator board?

I expect it is possible, but the problem I have is that I do not have access to a murmulator.

After reviewing the schematic, the issues I see are:

1. picozx81 does not support PS/2 keyboards
2. The 9 pin joystick port appears to use clock, latch and data, so it is a different design to the 9 pin interface currently supported by picozx81
3. picozx81 has no support for PSRAM
4. picozx81 has no support for Audio In
5. No existing build uses VGA 222 with h and v sync, (but that is easy to configure as other builds support VGA222 with c sync, and VGA332 with h and v sync)

None of these are necessarily blockers, as pico-zxspectrum supports the murmulator. However, I am busy with other projects at the moment, so I'm not able to dedicate the time to do this work.

I'd be happy to review a pull request for the murmulator if somone would like to submit one.
