After merge / unmerge, events that are declined have a different style #78

Repro:

On your own calendar decline several events
Display someone else's calendar that also has the same events you declined (shouldn't matter if that person has declined or not)
Hide that persons calendar

The declined events on your calendar will now have a black outline instead of the correct color of you calendar.
