[Feature] Allowing search to search descriptions added to photos and videos and possibly tags as well

I have searched the existing feature requests to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

I had a video of my daughter playing a harmonica. I noticed that the smart search normally did not pick this up so I added a video description manually 'Daughter playing harmonica'. Did another search after re-running library tasks and it still does not pick this up. Then similarly added the tag 'Harmonica' thinking it would pick it up but still didn't. I could search the tags area of course, but it would be nice to have the search be able to pick up at least the description area, especially on videos as my understanding is smart search only evaluates the thumbnail of the video and of course, a lot can happen in a video that is not in the single frame thumbnail.
