Preferred label: type make selection more active #154

At this point people do not have to actively select as there is a default option and there is not error message if no type is chosen; can we make this process more active?

Not sure. Would it work if you make an option that is 'nonselectable" as the default? So they have to change it?

Would it work if you make it "vocabulary" is there then the option Not selected?
