Search input border radius changes in contrast themes #825

Describe the bug

With contrast themes on in narrow viewports, the search box border radius changes along with focus changes.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Click on "+ show preferences" to open UIO
Scroll right to the "contrast" panel
Click on any contrast theme to activate it
Click on the "Search" text input
See error

Expected behavior

The Search input border radius should remain constant regardless of focus
