Describe the bug

The page-level search text input on the "Initiatives" page placeholder reads "Search views", referring to the previous name of the page.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to the Initiatives page
See error

Expected behavior

The search text input placeholder should be "Search initiatives"
