Thanks for contacting Plaid Support. Unfortunately, we're experiencing ongoing problems with Capital One, causing a variety of errors. Here's more information to help explain the problems you may encounter:
Transactions and Balance requests are mostly failing, with INSTITUTION_NOT_RESPONDING, ITEM_LOGIN_REQUIRED, or PRODUCT_NOT_READY errors.
Auth and Identity requests succeed sometimes, but often hit ITEM_LOGIN_REQUIRED or INSTITUTION_NOT_RESPONDINGerrors.
It’s unclear how long these problems will last, but we expect it to be extended. We have a dedicated, ongoing effort to resolve the problems, but Capital One has been uncooperative and we can’t provide an estimated resolution date at this time.
I've linked this ticket to our engineering team's investigation, and we'll let you know once we have a fix. We understand this is an unacceptable situation, and we're doing everything we can to address the disruption. We apologize for the inconvenience this problem is causing your customers, and thank you for your patience while we work to resolve it.
