Copy page: cannot create alias #343

Since Wagtail 2.11 there is a alias functionality (see release notes), but the corresponding checkbox is missing on the copy-screen.

It seems like the patches for the copy-screen need to be synced with wagtail?

This feature will be added in v0.12.x, but we still need to make some unit testing.
