Validate "In progress" status for some of the teal apps

Please double check if we really don't have any module available for a given TLG. Please create appropriate task if w have all the pre-requisites and it can be easily added. Otherwise - please make a note why this is still in progress and what is blocking it.

These are mostly for the PK templates. I placed the teal tab as a placeholder. We were discussing before if we should proceed, but no decisions were made.
I think it would be quite valuable modules, i am still trying to contact the PK folks to endorse this. so far, people like it, but unsure about it (how to implement, and unclear with the resource)

Thank you Joe for the note. Please also note that it is present also for non-PK templates. I would like to analyse them as well.
