Input: [0, 1, 3, 4, 6, 7, 13, 15] as the min terms
There are no don't care terms.

Error reported is

final_result = [min(P[0],key=len)] # Choosing the term with minimum variables from P
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
ValueError: min() iterable argument is empty
