GHES --> Teams Integration not working

Hi Team,

I have attempted to connect our GitHub Enterprise Server (GHES) to our Company Teams instance multiple times without success. I have followed the setup guidelines provided here.

Our GHES is accessible via TCP 443 to the Internet. After creating the App, deploying the Bot, and importing the Manifest file to our Azure tenant, I encountered an issue where there is no response coming back from the integration.

The logs from GHES show the following data stream, which I am unable to interpret:

Despite reaching out to GHES Support, I have not received any useful assistance on this issue. I am looking for any tips or guidance on how to proceed with troubleshooting this problem.
