When opening https://interledger.kr/.well-known/webfinger?resource=https://interledger.kr with Chrome, I see an error about its expired TLS certificate, and a message: "You cannot visit interledger.kr at the moment because the website uses HSTS. "

When opening it with Firefox, I'm able to go past this error, and then I see the next error:
