It should be possible to target a GitHub organization or repo and discover releases of packages for that organization. This would make it easier to e.g. install the latest prerelease/snapshot version of IPM (or any other package with similarly robust CI) without having to publish to a registry.
Low priority, just putting this here to not lose track of the idea.
