compare revisions improvement ideas

• Move “Compare revisions” into the menu to save space.
• Remove the “Activate” button from the main interface and place it only in the menu.
• Keep “Delete record” as the only visible action since it’s the most used.
• Disable the “Compare revisions” menu item if there are no revisions to compare (if feasible).
• If disabling is not feasible, update the modal dialog to clearly state that there are no revisions to compare.
• Consider improving visibility of records with edits, since it’s currently difficult to find ones that have been modified.
