Activating adapter checker should pass full url

When activating the adapter checker using the icon at the adapter tile the window of adapter (repo) checker opens but one must enter the url of the adapter manually. Dev-Portal should pass the complete url and prefill the input field so tha one click at "Start" is all a user msut do to start the check
