Hi together,

After installing text2command V2.2.0 i had the same error (#147)
solved with an new installation - easy job with an new installation... #147 is just marked as question - not as a bug
Now it is V2.3.0 with some rules.

My error:
When i enter the page of text2command i get a error message "Unknown rule: "undefined". Please report an issue on Github!".
after click OK i see my rules - but: one of my rules doents work correct. I send my keyword and the rule sends me first an damaged rule and the my visible rules. The damaged rule ist not visible in my ruleset.

What i did befor:
My rules are working fine, but i want to integrate an additional value in my answer for a specific keyword. i entered the new rule (the status of the rule was "unsaved"). Before saving the rule i clicked the rule above as a failure-> an warning/error message accures -> i saved the rule -> all looks fine. I switches in iobroker to my objects and back to text2command. Now i get the error an my new entered rule disapeard from the screen and my other rules are on the screen.

What i expect:
in the storage of my rules the damaged rule is saved without name or content.

possible solution:

  • If know where the rules are stored, i am able to delete the damaged rule from the storage or correct it (via console).
  • maybe a new feature to repair the storage of text2command-rules - cut this undefined rule out of the file...
  • ...or something else :-)

text2command V2.3.0
Node.js: v16.19.0
iobroker V6.3.5
js-controller 4.0.23

with best regards

I have the same problem, I created a rule and without saving it went to another page of the system, then came back, and once again created the same rule and saved it. Now the answer comes as in the first rule, and not as in the second, I decided to delete the second rule and in the end the first one remained, but it is not in the list, it works, but I can't delete it and I get a message to report on github.

Ich habe das gleiche Problem, kann auch in vorhandenen Regeln die Gerät- oder Variablen- ID nicht mehr bearbeiten.
