Open Application on Android Device in Locked State During Push Notification.

I want to open an application on an Android device while it is in a device locked state.

I recently tried the Genwise application from the Play Store. They can open the Genwise application while receiving a medicine reminder push notification when the phone is in a locked state. I want to implement this functionality.

Example for the above statement:

• Created a medicine reminder in the Genwise app for 10 AM and currently logged in on 3 devices.
• I pressed the power button and my devices are now in a locked state.
• The display wakes up and shows the Genwise application reminder page on all 3 devices at 10AM.

Could you suggest any ideas to implement this functionality in Ionic Angular with Capacitor, or recommend any other websites for reference on this topic?
