Setting for choosing if remaining funds are sent to new address + notification if all tokens are not shown in wallet

Description

Now that the addresses are reusable it would be good to have option not to move funds to a new address when sending tokens. Would it be possible to have such setting? Maybe have it as the default setting also.

Also it would be good to have a notification if it an address refresh is required to see all the tokens.

I almost got a heart attack when opening my wallet on another machine after sending tokens on another as I thought that the tokens nowadays stay on the same address (also explorer.iota.org not showing any history for my address didn't help this).

Motivation

Current behavior will cause a lot of heart attacks and privacy issues when people are accessing their wallets on multiple machines. To be able to keep wallets in sync on multiple machines you need to input the password all the time and understand that you need to scan the addresses to find all the funds on the wallet.

I believe some people not used to iota protocol will be even more lost with this than I was. Also people might want to keep their funds on same address even though it might cause privacy issues.

Requirements

Write a list of what you want this feature to do.

1. Setting to choose if remaining tokens are sent to another address when sending tokens
2. When opening Firefly with pin code: Automatic history check from permanode for current addresses loaded in the wallet and notification that refreshing address list is required with password if such transaction is noticed that moves funds to 2 different addresses at the same time. Notification not needed if send noticed but rest of the tokens has stayed on the old address.
