Notify on successful publishing of a record
Add TTL control (depends on feat: allow passing custom ttl when publishing ipns helia#723)
Persistent (indexdb) datastore?
Allow extra signed metadata

Publishing

Publish latest main with an IPNS key
Upload car to Filebase (not possible with free account)
Pin to Pinata
Set up DNSLink (ipns.ipfs.network maybe?)
