Stupid NATS may rewrite part if the UDP payload if it recognises its own ip addr somewhere in the packet.

We should probably discourage this behavior, but detecting it when it happens is probably the first step.

First, I want to prove that this still happens in the real world.

Add a non protected IP attribute to STUN when doing ICE connectivity checks would be a nice way to actually discover this.
