See ipython/ipython_genutils#18,

it starts to create issues to ba packaged downstream as it lists nose as a requirement, and thus can't be packaged for 3.10 on some linux distros.

Starting from version 5.1 [1] upstream removed ipython_genutils
No need to revbump as this only affect build dependency.
