Error in IntelliJ 2017.02

Note that this is version 1.5 which is what the repo holds. I don't know what improvements version 1.6 has but since we don't have the code for it, I can't compile a newer version.
So far no issues on my install (PhpStorm 2017.3).

Alternatively you can create an empty _FOSSIL_ file in the root directory if your repository. That should get rid of the error as well.
