Add Tironcalc to the main repo #166

The project is hosted now in:

https://github.com/ironcalc/TironCalc

But we want to include it in the main repo.

A bunch of things are missing:

Tests are missing (and integration with make tests)
Needs to fix a bunch of display issues (Need colour theme (override/config) because unusable per default on some colour themes due to contrast issues TironCalc#4)
Right keyboard bindings (vim related?)

You need to use the user API (as Tironcalc uses) and not the raw API as SueetsUI is using
